40 Night Reassurance Guarantee
If you’ve purchased one of our mattresses and you’re not completely happy with it get in touch within 40 days and we’ll help you find one that is better for you.
We get it – buying a new mattress is a big investment and purchasing online can feel a bit daunting when you haven’t always had the opportunity to come to our Exeter Showroom for a bounce before you purchase.
Rest assured, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase the first time, we take the upmost pride in every one of the mattresses we make. We’ve introduced our sleep guarantee for those occasions when it’s just not right.
Why 40 nights? Research shows that it can take the body up to 40 nights to adjust to a new mattress, so we recommend you sleep on your new mattress for at least two weeks to give your body time to adjust to it, but if you still don’t love it then get in touch with our super team and we would be more than happy to discuss your issues and advise you on an alternative mattress.
We are happy to exchange your mattress for a different type or tension. The only cost to you will be a contribution to cover the collection of the old mattress and the delivery of your new one, depending on your location this is typically around £100.
If you choose a higher priced mattress you will need to pay the balance, if you choose a less expensive mattress we will refund you the difference.

We do have a few T’s & C’s
To qualify for the 40 Night Reassurance Guarantee you must have purchased one of our mattress protectors at the same time as your mattress purchase. If you do need to exchange your mattress our team will strip down the old one for recycling and we take their safety very seriously, so the protector is for hygiene reasons.
You must have proof of purchase of the mattress and mattress protector.
The mattress must have been used on a bed base.
The 40 night guarantee will start from the day we deliver the mattress to your home.
The 40 Night Reassurance Guarantee does not cover the height, width or colour of the mattress.
If a mattress returned under the 40-night sleep guarantee is soiled, marked or damaged this will invalidate the guarantee. In this case the original mattress will be returned to you at your own cost, once re-delivery payment has been made. Any soiled, marked or damaged mattresses not claimed by the customer after two months will be destroyed.
We must be notified within the 40 night period that you may wish to exchange. Exchanges will only be processed for up to 2 weeks after the end of the 40-night period and must be confirmed in writing.
We will supply you with necessary packaging to return the mattress in, it is the responsibility of the customer ensure the mattress is adequately packaged and sealed for transit. We will not accept responsibility for any damage caused during transit, the product is returned at your own risk and may invalidate the 40-night reassurance guarantee.
An exchange carriage cost of £100 is payable in advance of exchange.
Under the 40 Night Reassurance Guarantee only the original mattress will be exchanged once.
Please note that our 40 night reassurance guarantee applies to our Bedroom and Tween mattresses only. It excludes The Aspiro, all toppers, futons, Futomats, children’s and cot mattresses, ex-display/clearance and any made to measure or bespoke mattresses, where our standard returns policy applies.
